In the past 20 years, Shenda Group has treated the industry development of China, the progress of packaging business and the common prosperity of the society as our obligations all the time.
By perfecting the company’s management structures, building our innovation-guided core competencies and focusing on the harmonious development between social benefits and economic benefits, Shenda Group has opened up a new industrialization path featuring science and human resources. The continuous development and rising up make Shenda Group the leading enterprise and key corporation in Jiangyin, supporting more than 50% of the local GDP and fiscal income as well as boosting the whole economy of the city. During the process of fast growth, Shenda Group solves the problem of local employment, changing the former peasants into the present workers in a modern high-tech company.
With the purpose of creating social wealth for the society, the Group has supported the community construction, social charity and public education for many years. We have donated more than RMB 9,000,000 to build 6 schools including Jiangyin Vocational University, Nanjing Senior High School and Shengang High School. Further, we have invested RMB1,500,000 on the construction of Shenda Teaching Building and offered free classes and future job promises for children from over 40 poor families nearby. Up to now, we have organized more than 10 fundraising activities for big disasters like Wenchuan Earthquake in the total donation of over RMB1,200,000. To help the Sichuan people, we donated RMB6, 000,000 for the reconstruction of Pengzhou Sanyi Elementary School in Chengdu. In response to the government’s initiative, we invested RMB6,000,000 as the poverty alleviation fund for the development of poor villages. We voluntarily undertook the management of Songjiawei Village including building the infrastructure, settling the employment of the villagers and leading them out of poverty. Within a short period, we established an activity center for the village with the spending of RMB1, 000,000. To ensure the clean tap water supply for the Shengang people, we paid RMB5, 600,000 to draw water from the Yangtze River. To encourage the traditional virtue of filial piety, we sponsored Jiangyin Jizi Festival with RMB600,000. Besides, we took part in many charity activities initiated by the government in the total amount of RMB5,000,000. Since the establishment of the group, our accumulative donation has reached up to RMB15, 000,000.
Founded in September 2011, the group invested 4 million yuan, jiangyin plum education fund; In September 2018 in jiangsu province NaJing senior middle schools establish JiangJiao fund, with rewards for NaJing education undertakings have made outstanding contribution to the development of excellent teacher staff; In September 2018 group donated 1.5 million yuan to jiangnan university, establish production-study-research cooperation education fund; Group in September 2018 to jiangyin campus of nanjing polytechnic university, donated 50 million yuan to build library to nanjing university of science and education development funds donated 10 million yuan.
